The PM was not offended by actor Krzysztof Globisz's insult

Prime Minister Donald Tusk was on the receiving end of an insult by actor Krzysztof Globisz this week at a gala celebrating the inauguration of the activity of Krakow’s National Centre of Sciences.

Mr Globisz, who was hosting the event, reeled off the names of important guests (such as His Eminence Cardinal Stanislaw Dziwisz) in a mischievous and mock-drunken fashion before calling the PM to the stage.

When Mr Tusk announced that he would have to quickly alter his speech so it lived up to the actor’s, Mr Globisz replied, “Mr Premier, I’m the one who’s supposed to be an idiot.”
