The officer has yet to face charges for the killing
A police officer who shot dead an innocent man is still walking the streets, having faced no charges for the killing.
28-year-old Andrzej Swoszowski was caught in the crossfire when police opened fire on a driver who failed to stop at a roadblock in the southern town of Tuchow on January 12 this year.
Mr Swoszowski, who was passing by, later died from head wounds as a result of the shooting, but according to Polish news, nobody has been arrested for the death.
