The snake was finally caught and returned to its cage
Passengers on a train were shocked this week to see a 3.5 ft snake making its way down the corridor.
The serpent, which had escaped from its cage on a train travelling from Gdynia to Zakopane, was only caught when one passenger pulled the emergency cord in order to stop the panic.
According to police spokesman Slawomir Nojman, the snake was captured within the hour and returned safely to its box.
“We also found one more, but that one was still in its cage. Both snakes were unharmed and we are now looking into the whole affair.” ...
