Ryszard Andrzejewski has been cleared of the charge
Popular rapper Ryszard Andrzejewski (aka ‘Peja’) has been cleared of inciting violence through his music.
Former Law and Justice MP Ryszard Nowak claimed that; “Peja has songs in his repertoire where he talks about the beating of children and policemen. These are directed at young fans and have a big influence on them.”
But after reviewing the songs played at a 2009 concert - at which Mr Nowak had tried to organise a picket line - the court dismissed the case.
