The teacher could now face 12 years behind bars
A school teacher is currently under police investigation after being accused of harassing a pupil so much that he tried to commit suicide.
According to news portal Dziennikzachodni.pl, the 10-year-old boy from the southern city of Sosnowiec took an overdose of strong cardiac drugs in order to end his life after being reprimanded by the teacher.
Although it is not clear what was said to the child, the parents claim that it was just one incident in a string of attacks that finally pushed the boy over the edge.
If the allegations are proved, the teacher, who has 30 years of experience, may face 12 years in prison. ...
