Police have arrested a woman after her 10-year-old son stole PLN 12,000 from a neighbour’s house.

The boy, from the south-western village of Zuzela (near Opole), admitted to officers that he first found a safe and a key located in the home and stole PLN 1,000. He later returned a number of times taking more and more and passing the money onto his mother, which she used to buy furniture and a pig for a family Communion.

The case will now go to the family court in Strzelce Opolskie where the woman faces charges of profiteering. ...
