A Law and Justice MP said he wants to sue the head of Warsaw’s municipal police for libel after it stated that the politician had told his officers to “f**k off” during minor but emotional disturbances at events to commemorate the first anniversary of the Smolensk disaster.

Joachim Brudzinski announced his attention to take Zbigniew Leszczynski to court after the policeman accused him of using the insulting words, and at the same time protested his innocence.
