The thief now faces 10 years in jail
A monk in Lublin has hit the headlines for wrestling a thief to the floor after he tried to make off with the monastery’s valuables.
Robert Glubisz, aged 37, grappled the robber to the ground and kept him there in a headlock until police arrived.
“I go jogging everyday and am in a good condition,” said the monk. “To be fair, he didn’t stand a chance.”
