The lady was assaulted whilst travelling on a train

A ticket inspector has been suspended after allegedly detaining a female passenger in a compartment and sexually assaulting her.

The incident took place on a train travelling between Przemysl - Bydgoszcz when the conductor, known only as Jan Z. (49) approached the woman asking for tickets.

According to TVN24, when the woman stated she had no ticket, Jan Z. is believed to have shut her inside the compartment and started touching her.

Boguslaw Marcinkowska of the District Prosecutors Office in Krakow states that there is a good chance he will be charged on both grounds, and if found guilty face up to eight years in prison. ...
