Slawomir C. now faces a potential 12 years in prison for rape

An ex-teacher has been arrested after he allegedly raped a 15-year-old schoolgirl.

According to news agency PAP, 31-year-old Slawomir C. from the southern town of Debica is accused of raping the girl in 2009 during his time as a maths teacher at a comprehensive school.

In addition to the alleged rape the accused, currently unemployed, is said to have blackmailed the girl with photos that she had sent him and recorded their sexual acts on film.

The agency states that the teacher took the girl to a recreation centre in the nearby village of Chotow under the pretence of tutoring her and the two ended up at a local hotel where the situation “led to sexual intercourse”.
