Student crimes are down on last year
A new report published in Gazeta Prawna shows that only one out of every 100 crimes committed is done so by a student.
The study shows that last year the number of reported crimes were 2,790 - 83 less than the year previous. As well as a slight decrease in figures, the number of ‘serious crimes’ committed by students has also dropped. In 2010, only two pleaded guilty to murder and four were accused of rape, less than half the reported figures for 2009.
Other areas which were dealt with in the report were illegal software (40 cases last year) and drug-related crimes (741 cases). ...
