The new deadline for completion is now November 30
The friendly match against Germany that was to inaugurate the National Stadium in Warsaw will definitively not take place there due to delays in completing the building. The Polish FA (PZPN) will announce the new venue for the match on June 15.
Despite repeated assurances that the stadium would be ready for the prestigious meeting with one of European football’s powerhouses on August 6, PM Tusk was forced this week to announce the new deadline for completion of the stadium is now November 30.
