Radwanska was finally knocked out by Petra Kvitova
Eastbourne and the grass seems to bring out the best in Agnieszka Radwanska, who won there two years ago - her last victory on the WTA. This year the Cracovian reached the quarter-finals by dispatching grand slam winner Francesca Schiavone, the third time she’s beaten her this year, before falling to the higher ranked Czech player Petra Kvitova, a semi-finalist at Wimbledon last year.Describing Kvitova, Bartosz Gebicz of Przeglad Sportowy explained , “She’s part of the “in or dead” tennis generation.
