The ‘White Book’ has again highlighted the divided opinion on the causes of last year’s crash
A Law and Justice report into the Smolensk disaster which lays the blame squarely on Russia and which was published this week has been dismissed as “lies, nonsense and manipulation” by Poland’s chief air-accident investigator.
The report, dubbed the White Book (Biala Ksiega), was launched at a Law and Justice (PiS) press conference hosted by Jaroslaw Kaczynski, the bereaved brother of the late President Lech Kaczynski, and Law & Justice (PiS) firebrand Antoni Macierewicz.
