An OAP couple have been on a lucky winning streak for the last 50 years, scooping up prizes from over 1,500 different competitions.

According to daily Fakt, 67-year-old Andrzej and his wife Barbara from Krakow have been entering various newspaper competitions since 1961 and between them have amassed a stack of prizes and goodies.

Such is the good fortune of the retired couple that their home is littered with odds and ends such as books, records, cassettes, dolls, chocolate and even a scooter. Friends and visitors are constantly amazed at the amount of prizes are scattered around their home.

According to Andrzej the obsession is more a way of life for the pair rather than a mere hob ...
