The majority of Poles believe Poland will succeed during the EU presidency
Statistics show that the majority of Poles feel positive about Poland’s current position as EU President.
The survey, carried out by the Homo Homini Institute, found that in total 72 percent of those asked stated that they were confident Poland would perform well during the presidency and would not fail in its task when it came to handling affairs.
According to Marcin Duma of the institute, the results reflected a sense of national pride and optimism.
6.7 percent stated that they felt less than optimistic about the six month stint and 5.1 percent believed it would be an absolute disaster. ...
