Jagielloni Bialystok were dumped out of the Europa league at the first hurdle by their Kazakh rivals, losing the return leg 2-0 and the double header 2-1. There were doubts as to whether the Polish side’s failure to capitalise on their dominance of the home leg with more than a single goal, and those doubts were horrifically realised as Irtysh struck twice in the first half to tip the tie their way.
