A 28-year-old Polish man has been freed on remand after demolishing the front of a police station in the English town of Acton in a drunken rage last Sunday. The man smashed the glass front of the building with two large concrete blocks he found in the street outside. He pleaded guilty to the charges, saying only that he had been angry at having been moved on from a no-drinking zone in the town centre.
