Polish veg gets the A-Ok

Poland has now resumed trade with Russia
Reports in this week’s press state that Poland has begun exporting fresh vegetables to Russia once again after a long and heated blanket ban.
According to news site TVN24, trade between the two countries commenced as of July 20, with Russia now convinced that Poland’s vegetables are safe following the recent European E.coli scare.
The original ban began on June 2, when Poland’s neighbour blocked all vegetable imports from EU nations as a result of the outbreak. However tensions between Poland and Russian escalated when Russia lifted the ban on certain countries such as Holland, Spain, Greece and Denmark.
