The Miller Report is sure to anger those in the Law and Justice camp
The Miller Report into the Smolensk tragedy, which was released on Friday morning, concluded the disaster was caused by a mixture of poor instructions from air-traffic control, pilot error and insufficient training.
The 328-page report, written by a committee chaired by interior minister Jerzy Miller, came in response to a Russian investigation that attributed the primary causes of the accident to pilot error.
Fifteen months after the tragedy that killed President Lech Kaczynski, his wife and 94 others the committee concluded that the Polish air force Tu-154 descended too quickly and too low as it approached Smolensk in fog.
