President Lech Kaczyński and Prime Minister Donald Tusk clashed again this week over signals from the cabinet is would move to recognize Kosovo’s independence from Serbia. The latest in a series of heated public exchanges between the president’s palace and prime minister’s office came as Kaczyński’s conservative party, unseated by Tusk’s Civic Platform in last year’s general election, launched a new attack ad against the prime minister.
