Tomczak is trying to have his case re-heard in a Polish court
The family of a British woman left in a wheelchair and brain damaged after being raped and beaten by a Polish man have demanded her attacker serve his full sentence.
Speaking for the first time on Polish television, James Hamilton, the father of victim Jane Hamilton, called for Jakub Tomczak to serve the two life sentences he received from an English court in 2006 for the savage assault on his daughter.
Tomczak was transferred to a prison in his home country and under Polish law there is a possibility of him being released in 2013.
