Arboleda misses the bus

Lech Poznan defender Manuel Arboleda, who is about to be naturalised following many years playing in the country, appears to have missed the chance to represent his new country in the upcoming Euro championships.

In an interview with Przeglad Sportowy Franiszek Smuda appeared to definitively rule out further additions to the squad.

Despite a clearly creaky defence featuring a centre back like Arkadiusz Glowacki, described by some Polish football commentators as, “a ticking time-bomb,” Smuda ruled out bringing in the Colombian.
