Leading opposition party Law and Justice (PiS) unveiled an unlikely weapon in its armoury this week in the form of a man known to public and media as Stanislaw ‘Paprykarz’ Kowalczyk.
According to news website TVN24, the man (nicknamed the ‘Pepper Man’) emerged on stage during the recent Law and Justice (PiS) convention in Krakow to announce that Donald Tusk’s current government is on a losing streak which needs to be changed if the country is to progress forwards.
