Law and Justice leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski has added fuel to the upcoming elections by claiming German chancellor Angela Merkel wishes Poland to “submit” to its old historical rival and that she wants to rebuild German imperial power.

The leaked comments appear in the PiS leader’s book ‘The Poland of Our Dreams’, in which he says; “The critical thing is that Merkel wants Poland to submit, a soft submission, but submission none the less.”
