The show came under fire after one contestant had her breasts touched
Popular TV show ‘Top Model’ has come under fire from the government for being both sexist and chauvinistic.
According to daily Gazeta Wyborcza, Minister for Equality Elzbieta Radziszewska has spoken out over the programme, claiming that it, and similar shows, are “unacceptable” and “should be condemned”.
Speaking at a conference on the subject, Ms Radziszewska concluded that certain sections and parts should be cut from episodes, making reference to one part in particular involving a member of the jury being asked to touch a contestant’s breasts as they discussed whether they were artificial or not.
