Police apprehended the man after he collided with a moving car

A disabled man is due in court after being involved in a road accident while operating his electric wheelchair under the influence of alcohol.

The 39-year-old, from the south west town of Niemcza, was caught by police in the bizarre incident after colliding with a moving car, being driven by a 32-year-old woman.

Fortunately nobody was injured in the accident.
