Poland slumped to their worst defeat in more than two years in Wednesday ’s friendly against the USA in Kraków, leaving several of those involved out of the running for places in Leo Beenhakker’s Euro 2008 squad. All three of the visiting side ’s goals came from defensive errors at set pieces in the first and second halves, with Artur Boruc also looking shaky in the Polish goal.
