PGNiG Plans Expansion
into Chemical Sector

Natural gas distributor PGNiG plans to buy into Poland’s chemical and power sector, the company’s president CEO Michał Szubski told the daily Puls Biznesu.
"We are looking into buying ... 10-20 percent stakes in the ZA Tarnow and ZA Kedzierzyn nitrate producers," Szubski told the paper. "At the next stage we want to invest in a similar share in ZA Puławy."
