New research shows that five million Poles use the Internet to search for potential dates each month.

According to Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, many dating sites took advantage of Valentine’s Day, one such company being Sympatia.pl which introduced a new app for Blackberry users.

Daniel Surmacz of Feeldate.com said that many people are turning to online dating services for convenience. “Human mentality is changing. Finding a partner takes time and the Internet is speeding this process up,” he commented.
