Piotr Misztal, a millionaire former Member of Parliament wanted by Łódź prosecutors on tax fraud charges, has returned to Poland but will remain free on a million-zloty bond. He is to report for questioning in early May, to answer to charges that his company, Inter Cement, was a front for a tax scam that cost the State Treasury at least PLN 2 million.
