Hill International Buys Euromost

Multinational construction risk management company Hill International on May 29 announced that it has acquired project management and construction consulting firm Euromost Polska Sp. z o.o. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Euromost will continue to operate under its existing name and management team. Jackson Coles, a UK-based construction consultancy, is the principal selling shareholder.
