Police in the western town of Skwierzyna on Wednesday morning arrested a man who stole into a local bar using a key he had fitted to its door. The 54-year-old was caught red-handed by the bar’s owner, sipping a beer around 8 a.m. as she came in to open up for the day. The culprit ran off before the police arrived, but the officers managed to get into his apartment using a fire brigade ladder.
