Białystok-area police on Wednesday morning busted a 41-year-old local man who grew 88 marijuana plants in a van.

Białystok-area police on Wednesday morning busted a 41-year-old local man who grew 88 marijuana plants in a van. When confronted by intervening officers, he admitted that he had purchased the seeds and information on what to do with them through the internet. Police estimate that the crop had a street value of about PLN 60,000. A search of the suspect’s premises also turned up a number of weapons and ammunition.
