In the first shooting in the south-eastern town of Ryki, the grandfather left the loaded gun behind a wardrobe, where the 10-year-old shooter found it and fired it at his four years younger brother, hitting him in the hip. It is not clear whether the grandfather will face any charges. He claims he stored the gun and ammunition separately, and that the single projectile must have been left in the gun accidentally.
