Poles suspected in Pakistan kidnap

Agents from Poland’s internal security service, the ABW, are investigating the possibility that a Pole or somebody connected to Poland may have been involved in the kidnapping of a Polish engineer in Pakistan.

The probe was launched after kidnappers released a video on Monday of Piotr Stanczak shown dressed in traditional Pakistani clothes asking the government in Islamabad to release a number of Taliban prisoners in return for his freedom.
