HOPE award for Polish doc

Dr Maciej Kowalczyk, the Director of the University Children’s Hospital of Krakow, was awarded the Project HOPE Global Health Partner Award in Washington this week. “It’s hard not to be moved by this when the ceremony takes place only a few steps from the White House, Dr Kowalczyk told TVN, adding that his success came from the “success of the hospital”.
