The red and whites have moved up one place in the world football rankings to occupy 40th.Reports that Leo Beenhakker will remain as Poland’s manager, until his next spat with Grzegorz Lato anyhow, have been complimented with the news that the red and whites have moved up one place in the world football rankings to occupy 40th. San Marino, stuffed 10-0 by Poland in March remain 202nd, while group leaders Northern Ireland have moved to 27th. Elsewhere in Poland’s qualifying group the Czech Republic have been ranked 12th, Slovakia 47th and Slovenia 63rd.
