The person is required to speak English fluently, have experience in taking care of VIPs and be discreet, says Joanna Bogdan of Prosperus, the company advertising the five-digit-a-month dream job.
However the main task will be to entertain the mansion's owner when he visits the nation's capital (which only happens a handful of times per year).
