The row between President Kaczynski and PM Tusk over who should represent Poland at EU meetings has been partially resolved with the country’s Constitutional Court ruling on Wednesday that while both can officially attend, only the PM can represent Poland’s stance.


But while clearing up one issue - who officially represents Poland - the ruling could yet prove problematic since it also says the president’s participation at meetings is dependent on him having a good working relationship with the PM.
