Polish historians ‘distorting history’

Russia is looking to establish a revisionist committee to investigate “distortions of the historical record” caused by Polish historians, according to radio Echo Moskvy.

United Russia politician, Sergey Markov, claims that neighbouring countries such as Poland, Latvia and Ukraine, are instilling anti-Russian ideology and falsifying history.

The main aim of the committee is to try and halt such attempts and “reveal historical truth” says Markov. ...
