Bulgarian authorities have assured a Polish woman, who claims her two children have been kidnapped by her Bulgarian husband, that she will receive their full co-operation in getting the children back.The offer of help comes following a report on Bulgarian television which last week showed dramatic footage of a fight between Barbara Vasilev and her husband Todor, as she, with the aid of local police, attempted to remove the two children from his care.
In the ensuing struggle, in which the mother of two was punched by her husband, one of the children, seven year old Pavel, was able to escape. His whereabouts are currently unknown.
