Wroclaw police have finally caught a devious couple who specialised in stealing from hospital patients. The 31-year-old man and 23-year-old woman had a simple scam worked out in which the woman, dressed as a nurse, made her way onto a ward and, while pretending to straighten bedclothes and the like, went about stealing purses, wallets, mobile phones, jewellery and anything valuable that came to hand, while the man waited outside to receive the booty.
