Palikot sues Dziennik

Outspoken MP Janusz Palikot has brought a libel action against the Dziennik daily after it claimed that he received loans of several million euros from anonymous companies.

The newspaper alleged that the Civic Platform (PO) politician concealed information about having received loans from a number of different off-shore companies, and speculated that he is either financially supported by a donor, or is lending money to himself via a complex process of giving and receiving loans.

“All of my actions are legal. I’m not laundering dirty money and I’m still suing Dziennik. If anyone has evidence of this matter, testifying against my words, then I call on them to make them public,” he sa ...
