Palestinian children brought to Poland

Seventy three children from the Gaza Strip have been brought to Poland for psychological care, following an invitation by President Lech Kaczynski.The children, aged between eight to 15, will spend three weeks in the country and meet specialists to help them deal with the tragedies they have witnessed.
“Because of the closed borders, Palestinian children couldn’t even dream of such a vacation,” Mahmoud Abu Aisha of the Gaza Community Mental Health Programme told Rzeczpospolita.
“Unfortunately, this is the only programme of its kind. No other country in the world had this idea like Poland.” ...
