PO choose Lewandowski

Janusz Lewandowski has been chosen by Civic Platform (PO) as its European Commissioner.

Lewandowski, is now set to replace Danuta Hubner, who has been serving as European Commissioner for Regional Policy.

“Lewandowski has a broad knowledge of the economy and European policy. He is a ‘Premier league player’, respected in Brussels, and the right person for a post in the European Commission,” said Mikolaj Dowgielewicz, Poland’s EU Minister. ...
