Chefs urged to promote healthy grub

Celebrity chefs such as Pascal Brodnicki, Robert Maklowicz and Karol Okrasa are setting a bad example to the general public by frequently presenting high-calorie dishes, according to MPs from the parliamentary commission on health.Appeals have been made to both the hosts and screenwriters of cooking programmes to promote more healthy options such as fruit and vegetables and Polish dishes such as cucumber soup.
However Robert Maklowicz has criticized the ideas, branding them “nonsense.”
